About Marijuana Matters

Marijuana Matters identifies and eliminates barriers to economic opportunity in regulated cannabis markets for those disadvantaged by marijuana's criminalization. Through our signature #WCW weekly panels, bi weekly Green Light Blog and consumer focus groups we provide a broad-spectrum of information based on jurisdiction specific, marijuana legalization policies and community impact. The Marijuana Matters Fund works with people to build their individual capacity as business owners. We leverage our credibility, networks, connections to accelerate opportunities for those individuals from historically disadvantaged communities. Our belief is that they too deserve equal opportunities and access to supportive networks that improve their odds of becoming successful entrepreneurs in any industry including the burgeoning cannabis space.
