ACT LAB is the nation’s largest testing network, providing critical lab testing services for licensed cultivators and processors. Our multi-state services are guided by a single, private ownership structure that ensures operational consistency and standardization across our footprint, enabling us to deliver a best-in-class, predictable supply chain partnership.

We are a diverse, and innovative team of chemists, microbiologists, researchers, pharma- executives, farmers, growers, product developers and business leaders who are uniting our passion for cannabis with evidence-based methodologies to ensure product safety for patients and consumers. Our quality systems go above and beyond cannabis industry requirements, mirroring standards in the pharmaceutical industry. We are proud of our high standards because we believe consumers thrive where science and cannabis unite.

We have been operating in the cannabis space since 2010, and our first state-licensed laboratory opened in Morton, Illinois in 2015. Since then, we have expanded and grown into a multi-state operation with laboratories licensed and accredited in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, Florida, and New York. Our labs are in full compliance with state laws and we work closely with regulators as we elevate cannabis testing standards nationwide. Our labs are accredited to the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Trust in Testing certified, A2LA accredited and part of the NIHC Verify program.
