The Cones Factory is a business to business manufacturer and direct factory supplier of pre rolled cones, pre roll tubes, blunt wraps, filter tips, pre roll filling machines and custom pre roll packaging. We supply cannabis brands, growers, processors, distributors and dispensaries across North America and Europe.
Our range covers cone sizes from 53mm to 120mm in French white, unrefined brown, certified organic hemp and colour options, with glass, ceramic, wood and spiral paper filter tips. Custom branded and printed runs start at 800 cones and the average lead time on a custom project is three weeks.
Because we own and operate the manufacturing facility rather than reselling, we control both cost and quality. Product level testing covers heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins and microbes, and every batch carries a label that traces back to the exact production line.
