Our cannabis practice group serves as the model for many of our other practice areas, as we offer a holistic approach to our cannabis clients - from entity formation and internal corporate documents to state licensing and regulatory compliance, to employment agreements, investor relations, trademark registration, and more. Our attorneys collectively hold licenses to practice law in: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, New Mexico, North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, as well as Alabama (inactive) and Texas (inactive).
