To ensure the CSQ Certification Program’s integrity is upheld, CSQ has implemented an Integrity Program that is reviewed and evaluated at a minimum annually by the CSQ Compliance Team. The CSQ Compliance Team maintains a policy of sanctions consisting of a system of written warnings and actions based on findings in the Integrity Program.
The CSQ Integrity program consists of the following elements:
A program of KPI driven reviews for Certification Body’s including:
Auditor Report Quality
Contracts with all Certification Bodies
Registration of all qualified auditors under the CSQ Certification Program
A program of onsite assessments and auditor witness assessments
CSQ Customer Survey
It is the responsibility of the Certification Body to deliver the CSQ Customer Survey when the certificate is issued. If you did not receive a survey from your Certification Body and wish to fill one out, please click the link below and submit to [email protected] with the subject line titled “CSQ Customer Survey”.

Complaints, Appeals, and Disputes
If you have a complaint, appeal, or dispute you should try and resolve the issue with your Certification Body first. If a resolution cannot be made between a location and a CB then the location may submit a complaint, appeal, or dispute to the CSQ Compliance Team for further investigation.
